Walk-in appointments are available to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Community. Standard appointment times are 15 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment in case any paperwork needs to be completed.
Our practice has systems in place to track, and if needed, follow up patients who do not attend or cancel a scheduled appointment.
Depending on the clinical importance of the appointment, the Doctor or Nurse will decide whether a missed or cancelled appointment needs to be followed up.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please phone reception as early as possible to cancel or reschedule so the appointment can be offered to someone else in Community.
